（中國建筑標準設計研究院，北京100048）[摘要] 以中信城2#地塊住宅設計為例，闡述了高層住宅在設計過程中考慮的諸多因素：合理控制結構變形；地下車庫樓蓋合理選型；地上結構合理優(yōu)化；剪力墻邊緣構件合理配筋；抗震構造措施；結構材料合理選擇等。
