（上海市建工設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，上海200050）[摘要] 簡單介紹了超限高層抗震設(shè)防專項(xiàng)審查的重要性，并結(jié)合工程實(shí)例詳細(xì)介紹超限高層超限分析內(nèi)容、結(jié)果及超限審查意見。通過抗震設(shè)防專項(xiàng)審查專家提出有利于結(jié)構(gòu)抗震的意見和建議，對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)起到很大的指導(dǎo)作用。

Combined with engineering example, the tall buildings beyond the scope of design codes analysis content, results and experts examination suggestions were introduced in detail. Through the seismic fortification special review, the experts put forward many reasonable and practical opinions and suggestions, and this has played a significant role in guiding the seismic design.
