(1 香港華藝設計顧問(深圳)有限公司,深圳518031;2 南京林業(yè)大學土木工程學院,南京210037)[摘要] 針對8度區(qū)某高度超過200m的超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),提出了框筒、筒中筒、多筒結(jié)構(gòu)設計方案。通過大量計算及提出的五項評判準則對比分析表明,筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系在高烈度區(qū)超高層建筑中具有顯著優(yōu)勢;針對筒中筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的剛度優(yōu)化、“剪力滯”降低及增大柱距等關鍵技術問題,提出增設剪力墻的多簡體系、設置斜撐桁架轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)等解決方案;同時,對斜撐轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的力學性能進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,轉(zhuǎn)換層上、下弦桿均為偏心受拉構(gòu)件。

By virtue of large amount of computation and the presented five evaluation criteria, the conclusions is derived that the tube-in-tube system has great advantage on super lugh-rise buildings in high earthquake intensity areas. To the key problems of stiffness optinuzation of tube-in-tube, reduction of the shear lag effect and column distance, some schemes were presented, which contains multi-tube systems with shear walls and setting modified scissors truss structure. Besides, the mechanic property of brace transfer trusses was analyzed. The result shows that the upper bracing and lower bracing are both eccentric tension components.
