（1 湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程與建筑學(xué)院，武漢430064； 2 中鐵上海設(shè)計院集團有限公司天津分院，天津300073）[摘要] 中鐵西北科研院科技大廈是一座綜合性建筑，設(shè)置裙樓四層，塔樓三座。其中兩座塔樓具有多項超限。根據(jù)各項超限程度等，重點介紹了控制結(jié)構(gòu)安全的一些技術(shù)措施，以期對類似工程有一定的借鑒作用。

There are over-limit configurations with two of the tower buildings. According to the high-rise structure, some technical measures to ensure the structural safety were introduced, and these measures would provide references for similar projects.
