[提要] 上海鐵路南站是上海西南地區(qū)的交通樞紐,是第一座采用圓形平面的火車站。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面最大直徑約為275m,內(nèi)圈柱子間的最大跨度為152m,采用帶中心內(nèi)壓環(huán)的空間剛架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。全面介紹了上海鐵路南站工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。為滿足主站屋嚴格的沉降要求,采用了樁端后注漿的鉆孔灌注樁。為減小梁的高度,采用了超長預應(yīng)力結(jié)構(gòu),解決了超長結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度問題。在大跨鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,進行了鋼屋蓋整體穩(wěn)定性及單根主梁的整體穩(wěn)定性分析。研究了預應(yīng)力及下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)對鋼屋蓋的抗震性能影響。通過設(shè)置彈性支座并選擇合理的彈簧剛度解決了屋蓋溫度作用問題。通過風洞試驗并引入多點輸入時程分析的方法,得到結(jié)構(gòu)的等效風荷載及風振系數(shù)。采用拆桿法進行了屋蓋預應(yīng)力鋼棒的施工驗算。

Abstract:Shanghai south railway station, which connects several railways and subways, plays a significant role as a Shanghais landmark building. It is the first circular station in China with a diameter of 275m. Postgrouting of bored piles is used to meet the requirement of sedimentation. Superspan prestressed structure is designed to reduce the height of the beams. Global stability coefficient of the roof steel structure is obtained from a nonlinear finite element analysis. Antiearthquake abilities are compared whether including the prestressed system and the lower concrete structure or not. The large lateral thrust due to temperature variations is reduced by placing a spring support on the top of the outer columns. Wind tunnel experiment is performed and equivalent static wind loads based on the experimental data and random vibration theory are employed in design. Converse analysis is made in the simulation of the construction process.
