[提要] 上海銀行大廈是一幢高230m的超高層辦公大樓。地下室采用樁筏基礎和地下連續(xù)墻。主樓結(jié)構體系為型鋼混凝土框架筒體結(jié)構。在結(jié)構設計中分別針對層6以下的薄弱層、層14的轉(zhuǎn)換層、層30的剛性層采取了相應的計算和構造措施,并通過了抗震超限審查。主樓和裙房間采用大跨魚腹桁架,桁架下弦采用高強度預應力鋼棒。

Design of SRC Frametube Structure in Shanghai Bank Tower/Xu Shuoming(East China Architecture Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:Shanghai bank tower is a super highrise office building with the height of 230m. The basement is supported by pileraft. The structural system of tower is steelreinforced frametower. To weak floors, transfer floor and rigid floor, many calculating and construction measures were adopted. And then the structural design passed the seismic inspection. Between tower and podium, a large span fishtruss is over the plaza. The bottom chord of the truss is used by prestress steel bar.
