[提要] 大連期貨大廈為超高層雙塔,采用鋼筋混凝土核芯筒鋼框架混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)合工程特點(diǎn)介紹了超限對策。風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),得到的雙塔樓的順風(fēng)向等效靜力風(fēng)荷載比單塔樓的大10%~20%,且橫向風(fēng)振的影響不容忽視。探討了嵌巖錨樁設(shè)計(jì)及確定基巖承載力的方法,得出巖石地基承載力在不同受力情況下具有不同的結(jié)果。結(jié)合理論及試驗(yàn),給出了兩端簡支H型鋼梁開設(shè)大尺寸矩形孔的加固方法,采用縱向和橫向加勁肋的加固方法時(shí),橫向加勁肋厚度和寬度等于梁翼緣,縱向加勁肋厚度和寬度等于梁腹板。結(jié)合混凝土澆注試驗(yàn),介紹了新型外加劑、新工藝在方鋼管混凝土柱中的應(yīng)用。

Abstract:Dalian commodity mansion is a superhigh twin tower building with reinforced concrete tubesteel frame hybrid structure. Combined with the characteristics of the project, the way to analyze the superhigh building is introduced. Based on the results of wind experiment, the conclusion was drawn that the alongwind equivalent static wind loads of twin tower is 10%~20% bigger than that of singletower and the transverse windinduced vibration can not be ignored. It discusses the design of rockanchored piles embedded in rock and the bearing capacity determination of rock foundation, which shows the bearing capacity of rock foundation is different in the different situation. Combined with the theory and the results of experiment, the reinforced way of simply supported beams H steel with set great size rectangular opening is presented. When the reinforced ways of longitudinal and transverse rib is used in the projects, the height and width of transverse rib come up to the flange of beam, and the height and width of longitudinal rib come up to the web of beam. At last, combined with concrete experiment, the new admixture and new techniques applied in concretefilled rectangular steel tube columns are introduced.
