[提要] 南京綠地紫峰大廈是一幢屋頂高度達381m的超高層結(jié)構(gòu),采用嵌巖灌注樁和最大厚度達34m的基礎(chǔ)底板,選擇了帶有加強層的框架核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對結(jié)構(gòu)的荷載和地震作用取值、振型信息、風和地震作用下的計算結(jié)果比較、規(guī)范驗算等內(nèi)容進行了介紹;并且對于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的特殊問題如伸臂與帶狀桁架的設(shè)置、轉(zhuǎn)換柱的處理、施工順序加載分析、豎向變形差異問題以及彈塑性分析等方面進行了深入探討。

Structural Design of Nanjing Greenland Zifeng Mansion Super Highrise Building/Yan Feng, Zhou Jianlong, Wang Dasui, Zheng Li, Lang Ting (East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:The Nanjing Greenland Zifeng Mansion is a super high structure,of which roof height is 381 meter. It adopted builtin rock pile foundation and the maximal thickness of soleplate is 34 meter. The structural system of the mansion is framecorewall with outriggers and belt members. It was introduced for rudimental calculating result such as mode, displacement responses under horizontal actions. Some exceptive problems such as outriggers and belt members, transfer columns, construction sequence analysis, vertical deformation difference, elastic and plastic analysis are discussed.
