[提要] 利用耗能減振技術(shù)連接不同高度、不同質(zhì)量、不同剛度的主樓與裙房,在國內(nèi)尚無工程實踐。世茂國際廣場裙房結(jié)構(gòu)剛度中心與質(zhì)量中心存在嚴(yán)重的偏心,設(shè)計采用40個粘滯流體阻尼器將其與主樓連成整體。通過結(jié)構(gòu)整體彈塑性分析,表明連接解決了裙房的偏心問題,而且粘滯流體阻尼器能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)各階段的抗震目標(biāo),在風(fēng)荷載作用下它也能起到連桿及部分耗能的作用。

Design on Weak Connection Between Main Tower and Podium in Shanghai Shimao International Plaza/Wang Dasui, Zhang Jian (East China Architecture Design Institution, Shanghai 200002, China)
Abstract:It is the first example to adopt damper connection in different height, stiffness and structural types of buildings in China. There existed a large eccentricity between the stiffness center and the mass center at the podium of Shimao international plaza. Total 40 liquid dampers are used to connect the podium to its tower. By nonlinear analysis of the whole structure, the problem is solved. This connection can not only meet seismic design goals but wind load as well.
