翟傳明1,2,韓慶華1,3(1 天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津 300072;2 中電投工程研究檢測評定中心,北京 100084;3 濱海土木工程結(jié)構(gòu)與安全教育部重點實驗室(天津大學(xué)),天津 300072)[摘要] 在工程評定中應(yīng)該對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計階段的不確定性儲備合理利用,以減少加固工程量。從分項系數(shù)設(shè)計方法、材料強度、計算模型、統(tǒng)計參數(shù)的變異性以及作用五個方面,對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計階段的不確定問題進行分析,提出對既有結(jié)構(gòu)工程評定中合理利用這些儲備的原則。最后以一實際工程為例,在對結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力評定時考慮材料強度的不確定性儲備。檢測評定結(jié)果表明,構(gòu)件承載力的安全水平均高于設(shè)計要求值,該混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。[關(guān)鍵詞] 既有結(jié)構(gòu);工程評定;不確定問題;儲備中圖分類號:TU317文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)10-0144-05Uncertainty analysis of structural design and utilization in the performance assessment for existing structuresZhai Chuanming1,2, Han Qinghua1,3(1 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 C+E Center for Engineering Research Test and Appraisal, Beijing 100084, China; 3 Key Laboratory of Coast Structure Safety (Tianjin University), Ministry of Education, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: In the performance assessment for existing structures,uncertainty reserve in structure design has to be utilized rationally. It aims at decreasing the structural strengthening quantity. In the structural design, uncertainty refers to partial factor design method, material strength, calculation model, variability of statistical parameter and the action. Uncertainty analysis is made from the above aspects. And the assessment principles are summarized for utilizing the uncertainty reserve in structural design. Finally, taking a project as a case, uncertainty reserve of material strength is considered for member loadcarrying capacity assessment. The results show that the value of the member load-carrying capacity is larger than its design value of strength.
