高強(qiáng)材料等截面置換表層加固混凝土墻體試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要] 應(yīng)用高強(qiáng)材料置換混凝土墻體表層,提高其組合截面的折算平均強(qiáng)度,可增大這些被加固墻體的受壓與受剪承載力。通過(guò)多片等截面置換表層加固墻體的軸壓、剪壓試驗(yàn),對(duì)該加固方法的效果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)研究表明,各墻體試件的設(shè)計(jì)承載力可根據(jù)《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)的方法計(jì)算確定,加固前后的延性無(wú)明顯變化,《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50367—2006)中的相應(yīng)限制可適當(dāng)放松,所述結(jié)果可供混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Experimental research on the strengthening method of reinforced concrete wall by-equal surface layer section replaced with high strength materials

Abstract: For the-reinforced concrete wall whose concrete strength is obviously lower than that of design demand, it could be repaired by the surface layer replaced with the high strength materials to increase the average conversion strength of compression and shear of the compound section. Based on tests of wall specimens compressed previously then added with shear force, actual effect of the strengthening method is checked carefully. It is found that capacities of those repaired walls can be determined according to Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010-2010), the ductility is nearly not decrease after reinforced. The relative restrictions in Design code for strengthening concrete structure (GB 50367-2006) should be loosed appropriately, and the mentioned results can be as the useful reference for reconstruction design of reinforced concrete structures.
