軟土地區(qū)重型鍛壓機深基礎(chǔ)基坑支護設(shè)計優(yōu)化

張錫治1,王文魁2,陳昆1(1 天津大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院,天津 300072;2 天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津 300072)[摘要] 針對3 000t模鍛液壓機設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的沉井施工方案,依據(jù)基礎(chǔ)圍護空間的形狀特點,提出了上下分段支護的優(yōu)化技術(shù)方案,并對原基礎(chǔ)形式進行了改進。采用彈性地基梁法對排樁支護結(jié)構(gòu)進行了內(nèi)力和變形計算,計算結(jié)果與實際監(jiān)測結(jié)果相符,按優(yōu)化后方案施工取得了明顯的經(jīng)濟效益。[關(guān)鍵詞] 分段支護;設(shè)計優(yōu)化;彈性地基梁法中圖分類號:TU473-22,TU476-1文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)10-0127-03Design optimization of supporting for the deep foundation of a heavy forging press in soft soil areaZhang Xizhi1, Wang Wenkui2, Chen Kun1(1 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: According to the open caisson construction scheme of a 3 000t forging hydraulic press, the optimization technology solution of upper and lower segmentation supporting was put forward and original foundation layout was improved considering the shape feature of foundation-bracing space. The internal force and deformation of row pile supporting structure were calculated with the elastic foundation beam method, and the results agree with actual monitoring results.
