[摘要] 以沈陽(yáng)華府新天地C4塔樓超限高層建筑為例，從理論分析和抗震設(shè)計(jì)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和探討。重點(diǎn)介紹了該工程的體系特點(diǎn)、基于抗震性能目標(biāo)的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)的具體原則和方法、整體小震彈性計(jì)算、彈性時(shí)程分析補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算，針對(duì)不同構(gòu)件分別進(jìn)行中震不屈服、中震彈性、大震不屈服驗(yàn)算，針對(duì)薄弱部位采取相應(yīng)加強(qiáng)措施。最后針對(duì)同類(lèi)型的超限高層建筑的抗震設(shè)計(jì)給出了幾點(diǎn)建議。

Abstract: The seismic theory and design of Shenyang Huafu Xintiandi C4 Tower, which is a high-rise building beyond code-specification, were analyzed and discussed. The system features of the project, the principal and method of performance-based seismic design, analysis on integral elastic seismic feature under frequent earthquake, supplemental analysis on elastic time-history were introduced. The non-yielding design under moderate earthquake, elastic design under moderate earthquake and non-yielding design under rare earthquake about the different elements, enhanced measurement taken to the weak point were presented particularly. And several suggestions were provided to the seismic design of the similar irregular high-rise buildings.
