[摘要] 武漢福利大廈為雙塔弱連接連體結(jié)構(gòu)，存在結(jié)構(gòu)樓板不連續(xù)、豎向不規(guī)則、平面不規(guī)則及復(fù)雜連接等多項(xiàng)超限，屬于超限高層建筑。介紹了工程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況，并針對(duì)工程的超限情況，采取了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)和比現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求更為嚴(yán)格的抗震措施。采用多種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多模型、線性及非線性分析。結(jié)果表明，采取加強(qiáng)措施后，結(jié)構(gòu)滿(mǎn)足抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)，確保了這一重要工程的抗震安全，結(jié)構(gòu)方案可行。

Abstract: Wuhan Welfare Building has twin towers connected weakly. It is a complex high-rise building with many unfavorable factors beyond code limits, including floor discontinuity, irregular plane, vertical irregularity, and complex connection. The project characteristics and structural design were introduced. In view of the conditions beyond code limits, performance-based seismic design method and stricter aseismic measures than codes were adopted. The structure had been analyzed through multi-model, linear and nonlinear analysis methods by software. The results show that the structure can meet the seismic code requirements of China by adopting strengthening measures. The structural is safe and the structural scheme is feasible.
