中美歐房屋建筑鋼筋混凝土基本構(gòu)件設(shè)計安全度比較*

史志華1,貢金鑫2,李云貴1,陳基發(fā)1(1 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院,北京 100013;2 大連理工大學(xué),大連 116024)[摘要] 安全是建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的重大問題,規(guī)范規(guī)定是安全性的最低要求。對中國規(guī)范、美國規(guī)范和歐洲規(guī)范中鋼筋混凝土基本構(gòu)件的安全度水平進行了對比分析,提出了不同規(guī)范安全度水平比較的“設(shè)計值判則”和“安全度判值”。比較結(jié)果表明,中國規(guī)范的安全度水平總體上低于美國規(guī)范和歐洲規(guī)范,平均分別低20%和10%。[關(guān)鍵詞] 建筑結(jié)構(gòu);鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件;規(guī)范;安全度中圖分類號:TU318-4文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)10-0087-11Comparison on safety level of reinforced concrete element based on Chinese, American and European codesShi Zhihua1, Gong Jinxin2, Li Yungui1, Chen Jifa1(1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China; 2 Dalian University of Technology, Dalian 116024, China)Abstract: Structural safety is an important issue in the design of building structures. The provisions in structural design codes provide structures with the lowest safety level. Two valuable criterions, termed as design value criterion and safety criterion, were developed to compare structural safety level in different codes. Using these criterions, the safety levels of typical structural members following the design codes of China, America and Europe were compared.
