中央電視臺(tái)(CCTV)新主樓的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

[提要]中央電視臺(tái)新臺(tái)址CCTV主樓為位于高地震區(qū)的復(fù)雜超限超高層連體建筑,主樓最高點(diǎn)為234m,塔樓雙向6°傾斜,且在高位作L型連體結(jié)構(gòu)連接,采用較強(qiáng)抗側(cè)剛度的鋼支撐筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對(duì)該重要、復(fù)雜、特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,按設(shè)計(jì)使用年限100年進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)、模擬結(jié)構(gòu)剛度形成的施工過(guò)程計(jì)算、罕遇地震下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析、懸臂部分的振動(dòng)與舒適度研究以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)防連續(xù)倒塌分析。對(duì)復(fù)雜的超厚基礎(chǔ)筏板、SRC柱構(gòu)件以及巨型蝶型節(jié)點(diǎn)采用了有限元分析?;诖罅坷碚摲治雠c試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的研究成果,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用了變剛度樁基設(shè)計(jì)超厚基礎(chǔ)筏板、高含鋼率SRC柱、高強(qiáng)鋼材、巨型蝶形節(jié)點(diǎn)、高強(qiáng)錨栓柱腳以及鋼板加強(qiáng)樓面設(shè)計(jì)等新技術(shù)。

Abstract:The new China Central Television headquarters building is 234m at its highest point. It consists of two leaning towers (6 degree lean in each direction), which are linked together at the top via a 14storey cantilever link element. The overall building stability is provided by a triangulated external tube surface on all four sides of the towers, overhang and podium. It posed many technical challenges to the design team, due to its unique architectural form and complicated structural system. They were successfully overcome by adopting a lot of key techniques, such as performancebased seismic design, detailed construction sequence analysis, non linear seismic response analysis, butterfly connections, high steel ratio SRC column and so on. A series of tests were taken to verify the feasibility of these new techniques.
