分層裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系新型支撐研制與性能試驗(yàn)*

劉大偉1,王偉2,3,馬場(chǎng)峰雄1,余亞超4,陳以一2,3,楊建行4(1 日本大和房屋工業(yè)株式會(huì)社,奈良 631-0801;2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程防災(zāi)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 上海 200092;3 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑工程系,上海 200092;4 寶業(yè)集團(tuán)浙江建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)研究院有限公司,紹興 312030)[摘要] 基于國內(nèi)既有工藝研制了可應(yīng)用于分層裝配式支撐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)化建筑的新型套筒-扁鋼支撐,并進(jìn)行了4個(gè)特定規(guī)格和構(gòu)造的足尺支撐單元循環(huán)往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該新型支撐在結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生往復(fù)大變形條件下具有優(yōu)良可靠的變形能力,可以保證體系的抗震安全性。根據(jù)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型建立了支撐單元的設(shè)計(jì)承載力表達(dá)式,指出支撐單元的層間位移角僅由支撐傾斜角與鋼材屈服強(qiáng)度決定。在支撐彈性設(shè)計(jì)原則下,結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移可以滿足現(xiàn)行抗震規(guī)范的彈性變形限值要求。[關(guān)鍵詞] 分層裝配;鋼結(jié)構(gòu);工業(yè)化建筑;支撐;試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào):TU391文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)10-0057-04Development and behavior testing of innovative braces of floor-by-floor assembled steel structuresLiu Dawei1, Wang Wei2,3, Baba Mineo1, Yu Yachao4, Chen Yiyi2,3, Yang Jianxing4(1 Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., Nara City 631-0801, Japan; 2 State Key Laboratory for Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 3 Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 4 Zhejiang Construction Industry Research Institute,Baoye Group, Shaoxing 312030, China)Abstract: An innovative brace using sleeve-flat bar was developed for the floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildings. Cyclic tests were carried out on four full scale braced elements with specific sizes and details. Test results show that the developed braces have excellent and reliable deformability enough to ensure seismic safety of the structural system under the conditions of large cyclic story drift. The equation for predicting design strength of the braced element was built by adopting simplified computation model. It is indicated that the story drift angle of the braced element depends on inclined angle of the brace and the yield strength of steel material exclusively.
