[摘要] 對分層裝配式支撐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)化建筑梁貫通式節(jié)點進行了研制改進和性能試驗,考察了構(gòu)造形式和柱軸壓力對節(jié)點剛度和承載力的影響。試驗研究表明,節(jié)點失效模式主要表現(xiàn)為梁翼緣發(fā)生過大塑形變形和方管柱截面鼓曲,且與節(jié)點局部構(gòu)造和柱軸壓力大小有密切關(guān)系。所有試件均具有一定的抗彎剛度和承載力,以及較好的延性性能,能夠保證柱子在大變形條件下承擔(dān)一定比例的水平地震力。

Development and behavior testing of beam through connections of floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures

Abstract: Beam through connections were improved and experimentally studied in order to be used in the floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildings. The effects of connection details and the axial compression in the column on the rigidity and strength of the connections were investigated. Test results show that the failure modes of the joints significantly depend on the connection details and axial compression in the column, demonstrating excessive plastic deformation of beam flanges or plastic local buckling of tube column. All the joints are found to have certain bending rigidity and moment resistance with favorable ductility, which can ensure that the columns participate in resisting horizontal seismic force under the conditions of large story drift.
