分層裝配式支撐鋼結構工業(yè)化建筑體系*

王偉1,2,陳以一1,2,余亞超3,童樂為1,2,楊建行3,劉大偉4,古海賢二4(1 同濟大學土木工程防災國家重點實驗室, 上海 200092;2 同濟大學建筑工程系,上海 200092;3 寶業(yè)集團浙江建設產業(yè)研究院有限公司,紹興312030;4 日本大和房屋工業(yè)株式會社,奈良 631-0801)[摘要] 詳細介紹了分層裝配式支撐鋼結構工業(yè)化建筑體系的組成、材料、基本構件形式、節(jié)點構造、外墻板構造、屋面板構造、內裝構造等,以及基于中國國情和規(guī)范的研制改進措施。同時還根據該體系的組成和構造,歸納和評述了該體系的結構技術特點,以及所具有的集成化程度高、施工周期短、利于工業(yè)化建造、冗余度高、性能質量易保證、設計便捷、綜合效益好等優(yōu)點。指出了該結構體系在我國推廣應用需解決的關鍵技術問題。經研制改進后的分層裝配式支撐鋼結構體系適合中國國情,符合國家土地資源政策和可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,有望成為我國鋼結構工業(yè)化建筑的重要形式之一。[關鍵詞] 分層裝配;鋼結構;工業(yè)化建筑;結構體系中圖分類號:TU391文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)10-0048-05Floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildingsWang Wei1, 2,Chen Yiyi1, 2,Yu Yachao3,Tong Lewei1, 2,Yang Jianxing3,Liu Dawei4, Furumi Kenji 4(1 State Key Laboratory for Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 3 Zhejiang Construction Industry Research Institute, Baoye Group, Shaoxing 312030, China; 4 Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., Nara City 631-0801, Japan)Abstract: The constitution, materials, basic member shape, connection details, exterior wall panel, roofing panel, interior fitment details of a new type of floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures were described in detail, along with the development and the improvement based on Chinese situation and design codes. The structural characteristics of this building system were summarized and commented according to structural constitution and details, demonstrating as many advantages as high assembling degree, short construction time, favorable to prefabrication, high redundancy, more reliable performance and quality, design conveniency and good synthetical benefits. Key technical issues needing to be solved were pointed out in order to increase the practical applications of this structural system in China.
