朱立剛,盧玲(奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司,上海 200031)[摘要] 重慶“嘉陵帆影”二期超高層塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高440m(94層),是集酒店和辦公為一體的綜合樓,建成后是中國西南地區(qū)第一高樓。該建筑立面復(fù)雜,塔樓外框柱均為斜柱且存在分支轉(zhuǎn)換情況,結(jié)構(gòu)體系由低區(qū)框架-核心筒+伸臂桁架+腰桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系在380m高空轉(zhuǎn)換為帶支撐的純鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。主要描述該超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中所遇到的難點(diǎn)及解決方法,包括豎向構(gòu)件外框柱和剪力墻的布置及選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)荷載的取值、整體結(jié)構(gòu)的加強(qiáng)層布置及優(yōu)化、“地圓天方柱”以及“分肢柱”等復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的有限元分析和設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的抗震性能目標(biāo)等。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超高層建筑;復(fù)雜斜柱;分肢柱;雙重抗側(cè)力體系;復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn);彈塑性分析;抗震性能目標(biāo);變截面梁中圖分類號(hào):TU318-2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)10-0033-08Structural design challenge of super high-rise tower building of CQ TP2Zhu Ligang,Lu Ling(Arup International Consultants(Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200031, China)Abstract: The project of super high-rise tower building of CQ TP2 will be the tallest building in the southwest of China. It is a collection of hotels and office for the integration of complex building with 94 layers, and the height is 440m. The out shape of the tower is complicated with lots of sloping columns and split columns. The structural system changed from concrete frame-core wall+belt trusses+outriggers system at lower zone into a pure braced steel system at the height over 380m.
