深圳東海超高層連體公寓塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)及分析

馬暉,江民(奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,深圳 518048)[摘要] 深圳東海超高層連體公寓塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)由兩棟建筑高度分別為307m和283m的塔樓組成,高塔高寬比達(dá)到9.6。兩棟塔樓在172m高度處由連接體進(jìn)行強(qiáng)連接,連接體結(jié)構(gòu)高度約為21m。受場地條件的限制,兩棟塔樓的平面在場地內(nèi)需要以45°的夾角布置,兩棟塔樓端部的最近點(diǎn)距離為13m。在配合建筑、機(jī)電、幕墻等專業(yè)進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)還需要在方案階段就對結(jié)構(gòu)超高、超大高寬比、高位連接、連接體與塔樓的連接方式、連接體結(jié)構(gòu)形式、塔樓居住舒適度控制等主要技術(shù)問題進(jìn)行研究,并提出解決方案。[關(guān)鍵詞] 超高層;高寬比;高位連接;強(qiáng)連接;扭轉(zhuǎn)控制中圖分類號:TU973-1+6文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)10-0028-05Structural scheme design and analysis for Shenzhen East Pacific super High-rise service apartment linked towersMa Hui, Jiang Min(Arup International Consultants (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd., Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen 518048,China)Abstract: Shenzhen East Pacific super high-rise service apartment linked towers consist of two towers, which are 307m and 283m high respectively. The slenderness ratio of the higher tower is 9.6. The two towers are rigid connected by a linking bridge with height about 21m at level 172m. With the restrain of the site, the two towers have to be laid in the site with an angle of 45° between each other, and the minimum plan distance between the adjacent edges of the two towers is 13m.
