[摘要] 天津嘉里中心8#公寓樓高204.31m，采用型鋼混凝土框架-剪力墻組合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在層6由型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件將上部密柱外框架轉(zhuǎn)換為落地疏柱，并通過(guò)搭接墻將頂部16.9m間距墻體轉(zhuǎn)換為底部的18.3m間距，以獲得更大的建筑空間。設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)高位型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換層進(jìn)行了深入計(jì)算分析，保證了轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能目標(biāo)和良好的可施工性，并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了搭接墻的傳力機(jī)制和大震不屈服的設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract: Structural height of apartment tower 8# in Tianjin Kerry Center is 204.31m. Steel reinforced concrete frame-core system was adopted in this apartment tower. In the sixth layer, composite structural members were used to transfer the upper close-column to the lower and landing sparse-column. Overlapping wall was used to increase shear wall spacing from 16.9m to 18.3m to achieve larger lobby area. In design progress, the transfer structure at high level was carefully analyzed to guarantee the seismic performance objectives and good constructability. Lab test was also carried out to prove the load path in overlapping wall and non-yield seismic performance under severe earthquake.
