樊長(zhǎng)龍,丁劍豪,梁金桐(奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司, 上海 200031)[摘要] 某大型綜合交通樞紐項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地中間有多條地鐵、鐵路線穿過,其中部分地鐵、鐵路已運(yùn)營(yíng),另外在場(chǎng)地范圍內(nèi)還有兩個(gè)公交換乘中心及多條市政道路。在包含地鐵、鐵路及公交換乘中心在內(nèi)的大型交通樞紐上方建設(shè)大平臺(tái)來進(jìn)行商業(yè)二次開發(fā),這在國(guó)內(nèi)尚屬首次。而因外部邊界條件眾多、現(xiàn)有場(chǎng)地條件的限制及施工條件苛刻等眾多不利因素的影響,給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。介紹結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中解決這些問題的方法,如層間組合隔震技術(shù)、預(yù)制疊合構(gòu)件和吊柱懸掛樓面等,并給出了主要分析結(jié)果及結(jié)論。[關(guān)鍵詞] 交通樞紐;上蓋開發(fā);層間組合隔震;預(yù)制疊合構(gòu)件;吊柱懸掛樓面中圖分類號(hào):TU318-2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)10-0018-05Structural design of topside development crosses over a large-scale integrated transportation hubFan Changlong, Ding Jianhao, Andrew Luong(Arup International Consultants (Shanghai) Co. , Ltd. , Shanghai 200031, China)Abstract: There are several subways and railways lines going through the middle of a large-scale integrated transportation hub, and part of lines have been operated. There are also two public transports interchanges (PTI) and a number of municipal roads in the site. It is the first time in domestic that the structural design of topside development crosses over a large-scale integrated transportation hub. A number of adverse factors, such as many external boundary conditions, the existing site limitations and construction limitations, have brought enormous challenges to the structural design. The inter-storey hybrid isolation, precast composite member and floor supported by hanging column were put forward.
