地基及基礎(chǔ)沉降對天津津塔施工模擬及預(yù)變形分析的影響*

摘要]采用文克爾地基模型模擬地基及基礎(chǔ)的變形與受力特征,并利用地基基礎(chǔ)與上部結(jié)構(gòu)共同組成的整體計(jì)算分析模型,考慮不同區(qū)域樁基布置的影響,給出了天津津塔上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程中地基變形及差異沉降的定量解答,研究了施工模擬及預(yù)變形分析中地基變形對上部結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件長度加工預(yù)調(diào)值及施工安裝預(yù)調(diào)值的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,地基基礎(chǔ)的均勻沉降不會(huì)影響上部結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件加工預(yù)調(diào)值,不均勻沉降則有明顯影響。同時(shí)給出了上部結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)變形分析中考慮地基基礎(chǔ)沉降影響的建議實(shí)施方法。工程實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明,本文提出的建議方法便于工程實(shí)施,具有良好的工程適用性。

Effect of sub-grade settlement on construction simulation and Pre-deformation analysis for Jin Tower in Tianjin

Abstract: The deformation and mechanical characteristics were simulated with the Winkler Foundation Model for Jin Tower in Tianjin. With integrating the sub-grade model into the super-structure analysis model, and considering the influence of pile distribution in different zone, the amount of total deformation and differential settlement of sub-grade during the construction procedure was given. The influence of sub-grade deformations on the manufacture and installation preset values of super-structure members was also investigated. The analysis results show that uniform settlement of sub-grade has no influence on the members manufacture value, but the differential settlement has apparent influence on that. A simple method for considering the influence of deformation of sub-grade on the super-structure construction simulation and pre-deformation analysis was proposed. The proposed method shows good convenience and applicability for implementation in engineering.
