［摘要］重力荷載下，75層的天津津塔超高層建筑豎向構(gòu)件會(huì)出現(xiàn)較明顯的壓縮變形以及相互之間的差異壓縮變形。通過施工過程結(jié)構(gòu)分析及預(yù)變形技術(shù)，確定出構(gòu)件加工預(yù)調(diào)值和施工安裝預(yù)調(diào)值，使得建造完成后的結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際位形能符合預(yù)期目標(biāo)位形。為提高精度，分析時(shí)計(jì)入了地基不均勻沉降、混凝土收縮徐變對(duì)施工模擬和預(yù)變形值的影響。

Abstract: Under the gravity load, the vertical members of Jin Tower (75 stories) in Tianjin would have notable compression deformation and difference of compression deformation. To achieve the designing objective shape, the construction process analysis and pre-deformation technique were used to get the preliminary adjustment value of the member size and the erection coordinate. To improve the calculation precision, the differential settlement of the foundation and the shrinkage and creep of concrete were taken into consideration.
