臥砌土坯墻體加固抗震性能試驗研究*

常衛(wèi)華1,王建衛(wèi)2,徐福泉1,王新杰3(1 中國建筑科學研究院,北京 100013;2 湘潭市建筑設計院,湘潭 411100;3中國航油集團石油有限公司基建工程部,北京 100088)[摘要]為了提高村鎮(zhèn)住宅中既有土坯墻體房屋的抗震性能,提出了采用鋼絲網水泥砂漿、木板、木柱木梁及木柱木梁加斜撐等加固措施,該加固措施經濟有效、施工方便,符合村鎮(zhèn)就地取材的條件。通過對普通臥砌土坯墻體及加固墻片進行抗震性能加固試驗,對比分析了各個墻體的破壞形態(tài)、承載力、變形、滯回特性、剛度退化及耗能性能,證明了此種加固措施可有效提高土坯墻體的抗震性能。[關鍵詞]村鎮(zhèn)建筑;生土結構;土坯墻體;加固措施;抗震性能中圖分類號:TU361文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)09-0126-05Experimental study on seismic performance of lying adobe wall reinforcementChang Weihua1, Wang Jianwei2, Xu Fuquan1, Wang Xinjie3( 1 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China; 2 Xiangtan Architectural Design Institute, Xiangtan 411100,China; 3 China National Aviation Fuel Petroleum Co., Ltd., Beijing 100088, China)Abstract: In order to improve the seismic performance of exiting country adobe wall housing, reinforcement measures, such as the steel wire mesh cement mortar, wood board, timber column and beam, timber column and beam with diagonal brace were proposed. These reinforcement measures were cost-effective and convenient construction under current economic condition of country. Reinforcement experiment on seismic performance of normal lying adobe wall and reinforcement wall was done, and the failure mode, bearing capacity, deformation, hysteresis properties, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation of the wall were analyzed.
