波形鋼腹板PC組合箱梁抗扭性能試驗*

摘要]通過試驗的方法,研究波形鋼腹板PC組合箱梁在偏心荷載作用下,撓度、橫向位移、剛性扭轉(zhuǎn)角、箱梁截面的翹曲應變、翹曲應力及波形鋼腹板的附加剪應力的分布規(guī)律,以了解懸臂波形鋼腹板PC組合箱梁在扭轉(zhuǎn)作用下的力學性能。研究表明:波形鋼腹板翹曲應變很小,可忽略不計;翹曲應力在底板上呈現(xiàn)明顯的直線分布規(guī)律,且最大值出現(xiàn)在底板的角點處;波形鋼腹板上的剪應力分布較均勻,附加剪應力在腹板上的分布也有類似的規(guī)律。

Experiment on torsion behaviors of pre-stressed concrete composite box girders with corrugated steel webs

Abstract: In order to investigate mechanical properties of pre-stressed concrete composite box girders with corrugated steel webs under torsional loading, distribution of deflection,lateral displacement, rigid torsion angle, warp strain, warp stress, additional shear stress under eccentric loading were researched through the experiment. The research indicates that the warp strain of corrugated steel web is small. Warp stress of the pre-stressed concrete composite box girder is uniformly distributed on the bottom plate, and the maximum value is in the corner of the concrete bottom plate. Shear stress is uniformly distributed along the corrugated steel web, and the additional shear stress along the corrugated steel web has the similar distribution.
