天津環(huán)渤海大飯店超限結(jié)構(gòu)抗震優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

溫凌燕1,符剛2,徐小燕1,婁宇1(1 中國電子工程設(shè)計(jì)院,北京 100840;2 浙江綠城建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,杭州 310013)[摘要]天津環(huán)渤海大飯店主樓高188.4m,采用帶加強(qiáng)層的混合框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系?;诔跏荚O(shè)計(jì)方案在選定的地震波下的大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析結(jié)果中出現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角超限、部分墻體損傷集中且較大等問題,進(jìn)行了三次有針對性的結(jié)構(gòu)方案調(diào)整。重點(diǎn)研究了核心筒墻體開洞、加強(qiáng)層剛度調(diào)整等措施對結(jié)構(gòu)整體位移和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件損傷方面的影響,以及大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析方法在結(jié)構(gòu)抗震優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)過程中的應(yīng)用,同時(shí)對比了有限元計(jì)算中核心筒墻體與框架梁之間采用鉸接或剛接對整體結(jié)構(gòu)剛度和位移的影響。最終在較為經(jīng)濟(jì)的條件下使結(jié)構(gòu)在整體指標(biāo)和構(gòu)件性能兩方面均達(dá)到了“大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混合框架-核心筒;超限結(jié)構(gòu);大震;彈塑性時(shí)程分析;抗震優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號:TU311-3,TU973-1+4,TU973-3+1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)09-0061-05Seismic optimum design for ultra-limit building of Tianjin Huan Bohai HotelWen Lingyan1, Fu Gang2, Xu Xiaoyan1, Lou Yu1(1 China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China;2 Greentown Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Hangzhou 310013, China)Abstract: Composite frame-core tube structure with outrigger and belt members is adopted in Tianjin Huan Bohai Hotel, which is 188.4 meters high. Based on the elastic-plastic time-history analysis for the preliminary design scheme under chosen earthquake waves, several problems such as inter-story displacement angle exceeding limits of the code, part of walls injured concentrated and seriously, and other issues were discovered. Three targeted structural adjustments had been conducted for the preliminary design scheme. The effects of openings of core tube and stiffness of outrigger and belt members on structural displacement and the damage of critical components were researched mainly. The application of seismic optimum design based on seismic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was introduced. The effect of hinged or rigid connection between frame beams and core tube on structural stiffness and displacement was also analyzed.
