深圳寶城超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究

陳松,邢沛霖,馮紅波(中信建筑設(shè)計研究總院有限公司,武漢 430014)[摘要]深圳寶城1#樓為高層商住樓,采用框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,由于平面凹凸不規(guī)則、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則及豎向構(gòu)件間斷,屬于超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。采用PKPM和ETABS軟件進(jìn)行多遇地震和設(shè)防地震的彈性計算,采用MIDAS軟件進(jìn)行罕遇地震靜力彈塑性分析。對剪力墻豎向不連續(xù)和轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板進(jìn)行重點分析;對整個結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,通過提高剪力墻抗彎承載力和延性來改善結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能。綜合分析結(jié)果,提出了超限設(shè)計措施,并有針對性地采取了構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層;性能目標(biāo);時程分析;彈塑性分析;抗震性能中圖分類號:TU973-14文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)09-0039-05Analysis on seismic performance of an exceeding code limit tall building in Shenzhen BaochengChen Song, Xing Peilin, Feng Hongbo( CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430014, China )Abstract: As the high-rise commercial and residential building, the No.1 building in Shenzhen Baocheng used the frame-supported shear wall structure.Due to the irregular uneven surface,torsional irregularity and discontinuous vertical component, the No.1 building is an exceeding code limit tall structure. PKPM and ETABS were used for the elastic calculation under minor and moderate earthquake,MIDAS was used for static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake. The vertical discontinuous shear walls and the converted floors were emphatically analyzed. For the weak parts of the whole structure,the flexural capacity and ductility of shear walls were increased to improve the seismic performance.
