中華城A棟超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設計

張達生,楊競,賀誠(中信建筑設計研究總院有限公司,武漢 430014)[摘要]中華城A棟為一棟涉及多種業(yè)態(tài)的超高層建筑,復雜的建筑功能導致建筑結(jié)構(gòu)多項規(guī)則性指標超限,設計針對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況采取相應處理措施,較好地解決建筑功能與結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)則性之間的矛盾。采用基于性能的設計方法進行超限高層的抗震設計,實現(xiàn)“小震不壞,中震可修,大震不倒”三水準抗震設防目標。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層;結(jié)構(gòu)體系;性能目標;延性;靜力彈塑性中圖分類號:TU398文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)09-0035-04Structure design of an out-of-codes high-rise building in Chinese CityZhang Dasheng, Yang Jing, He Cheng(CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430014, China)Abstract: The building A in Chinese City project is an out-of-codes high-rise building with a variety of formats, and the complex architectural function leads to a number of structural regularity indexes out-of-codes. According to this situation, reasonable treatment measures were taken during structure design, and the contradiction between architectural function and structural indexes was solved. Performance-based design method was used in structural seismic design of the building A.
