［摘要］武漢市民之家屬大跨連體復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹本工程主要采取的構(gòu)造措施和計(jì)算手段，包括塔樓筒體的抗傾覆驗(yàn)算、連體桁架與筒體的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)、連體層樓板的設(shè)計(jì)。分析了扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)，由于連體層上下結(jié)構(gòu)層長(zhǎng)寬比的變化，導(dǎo)致扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比的突變，這種不規(guī)則性屬于連體結(jié)構(gòu)的固有特點(diǎn)，通過對(duì)塔樓部分的加強(qiáng)能保證結(jié)構(gòu)整體在大震作用下的安全性。通過公式推導(dǎo)，得出結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗傾覆系數(shù)與基底零應(yīng)力區(qū)之間的聯(lián)系。

Abstract: Wuhan Citizen Center is a large-span connected structure. Seismic measures and calculation measures used in the overturn resistant ability, joint design and connected floor slab design were introduced. The characteristics of torsion displacement ratio were analyzed. The torsion displacement ratio changed abruptly at the connected floor for the change of the length width ratio. The irregularity of the torsion displacement ratio was the natural characteristic of the connected structure. The security of the structure under rare earthquake can be assured by strengthening the tower. The relationship of the overturn resistant ability and the zero stress zone under foundation was deduced.
