摘要]武漢體育中心體育館主體結(jié)構(gòu)為復雜超長結(jié)構(gòu),其溫差效應不容忽視。采用ANSYS有限元軟件進行計算分析,得到了該結(jié)構(gòu)由于溫差產(chǎn)生的變形和內(nèi)力的分布規(guī)律,并通過采用側(cè)向約束剛度較小的框架結(jié)構(gòu)、控制主體結(jié)構(gòu)閉合時的環(huán)境溫度等設計措施減小溫度應力的影響。結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)已投入使用5年多,經(jīng)歷了多個溫差周期,沒有出現(xiàn)明顯的溫度裂縫,說明達到了設計要求。

Analysis and control of temperature difference effects on main structure of gymnasium in Wuhan Sports Center

Abstract: The main structure of gymnasium in Wuhan Sports Center is a complex over-long concrete structure, and the temperature difference effects on it can not be ignored during structure design. The temperature difference effects on the structure were analyzed by using ANSYS, and the distribution of the deformation and internal force were obtained. Based on the results, reasonable practical measures, such as using frame structure system with smaller restraint stiffness and controlling ambient temperature of structure closure, were taken to reduce the temperature stress. The structure have served for five years now and experienced many temperature difference periods without significant temperature crack. It shows that the structure has met the design requirements.
