舊基礎(chǔ)在廠房改造中的合理利用

（大同市建筑設(shè)計研究院，大同 037004）[摘要] 某些廠房年久失修，有的已經(jīng)破舊不堪，有些需要改變其使用功能，這就需要拆除重建或者加固改造后繼續(xù)使用。特別是在拆除重建時，如果能利用原有舊基礎(chǔ)，使其滿足新的上部結(jié)構(gòu)的使用要求，不僅在經(jīng)濟上合算，施工工期也會大大縮短，而且對于老企業(yè)舊廠房改造這是一條新的經(jīng)濟合理、安全可靠的方法。

Reasonable use of the old foundation in plant transformation

Abstract: Some old buildings are lack of repairing during the long period, some of them are wom out, and some of them need to improve their functions. Therefore, the buildings are needed to be demolished and rebuilt or to be reinforced and reformed for their continuing using. In the case of demolislung and rebuilding, if the original old foundations of the old buildings can be used to satisfy the requirements of the new upper structure, the construction period can be greatly shorten, and the building cost can be partly saved. In short, this new method is economical, reasonable and safe for those old enterprises whose old factory buildings are needed improved or rebuilt.
