(1 莆田市建筑施工圖審查中心,莆田 351100; 2 北京中華建規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院有限公司莆田分公司,莆田 351100)[摘要] 某廣場地下商場共兩層,建筑面積1. 968萬m2(2×120m×82m),四周均是交通繁忙的城市交通主干道,經(jīng)充分論證認(rèn)為,采用逆作法施工最安全可靠,綜合經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)也最好。采用預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁作施工期支撐的中心柱,只有傳統(tǒng)的型鋼格構(gòu)柱/灌注樁造價的1/4 ~1/5,施工速度快6~8倍,壓樁不造成環(huán)境污染,有很好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。

Top-down construction method and design of underground department store under square

Abstract: A underground department store under square is two stories with area of 19680m2, surround which there are the busy arterial roads. Through argumentation adequately, the top-down construction method is considered to be the most safe, reliable and best in complex economic criteria. The prestres spipe pile is applied for central post during construction period, and the cost is only l/4 t0 1/5 0f the traditional steel tube structure or filling pile, while the construction schedule is 6~8 times quicker, also the jacked pile will not cause environmental contamination, so the top-down construction method has very good economic and social benefits.
