[摘要] 盛世新天地2#樓工程基底下卵石持力層中夾有3~5m厚的性質(zhì)不良的粉質(zhì)黏土，經(jīng)承載力及變形驗(yàn)算可知，不符合相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求，需要處理。對(duì)地基采用級(jí)配砂卵石換填和筏板下樁基兩種方案處理后的沉降及造價(jià)進(jìn)行了比對(duì)，并給出了結(jié)果。
