(1 北京維拓時(shí)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,北京 100025;2 龍德置地有限公司,北京 102218)[摘要] 某廣場設(shè)計(jì)中存在無法滿足抗浮要求及地基沉降過大等問題。在對(duì)多種抗浮方法進(jìn)行比對(duì)的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇配重抗浮法進(jìn)行抗浮處理,并采用SFIA方法進(jìn)行了地基與基礎(chǔ)協(xié)同作用計(jì)算分析,確定主樓采用CFG樁、裙房采用天然地基的合理設(shè)計(jì)方案。

Anti-float design and foundation settlement controlling measure for certain real project

Abstract: There are problems of anti-float and excessive foundation settlement in certain real design project. Many kinds of anti-float measures are compared and increasing itself weight measure is selected. In addition, SFIA method has been employed to calculate the settlement of the project considering the interactive action of the ground soil and foundation. Finally, CFG piles are utilized to adjust and control the settlement of main building of the project.
