[摘要] 介紹了半預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在新加坡政府組屋中的應(yīng)用，對(duì)建筑物的整體分析、部分預(yù)制構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)方法、預(yù)制構(gòu)件之間及預(yù)制構(gòu)件和現(xiàn)澆部分之間的連接形式做出了說(shuō)明。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐表明：預(yù)制和現(xiàn)澆相結(jié)合的建造方法設(shè)計(jì)理論成熟，施工方法簡(jiǎn)單，建造周期縮短，工地環(huán)境清潔；預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在預(yù)制板中的應(yīng)用能有效地降低工程造價(jià)，綜合效益明顯。

Application of half-precast concrete structures in HDB building in Singapore

Abstract: The use of half-precast concrete structures in HDB building in Singapore had been discussed, especially the analysis approach to the overall building structures, the design methodology of precast elements and the connection details between precast&cast-in-situ elements. Design and construction practices show that construction method of combining precast & cast-in-situ is based on developed design theory, easy to build with shorter construction period and tidier construction site. The prestressed technology adopted in precast planks can reduce the construction cost effectively and efficiently.
