(中鋼集團工程設計研究院有限公司,北京 100080)[摘要] 隨著我國鋼鐵工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,大型的高爐越來越多,本文對煉鐵工程中高爐配套的熱風爐鋼結構的爐殼、鋼框架、管道三大部分設計內(nèi)容及計算方法分別進行了闡述。針對熱風爐爐殼結構特點及受力狀況,運用多種方法進行比較來確定熱風爐爐殼的厚度,對鋼框架采用框架.支撐體系的計算方法進行了分析,對管道和支架的布置及受力進行了總結,以期對工程設計人員有所幫助。

It gives an introduction of the design contents and calculation method of the three parts consisting of the fumace jacket in steel structure of the hot-blast stove, the steel frame and the tunnels in constructing the hot-blast stove system in ironmaking projects. With regards to the structure characteristics and the pressure status of the hot blast fumace, it makes comparison between different solutions to work out the thickness of the blast furnace jacket, analyses the shape and connection method of the steel frame, and analyses the installation and pressure status of the frame and sUucture. It is expected to be helpful to the project designer.
