(河南省南陽市建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)站,南陽 473000)[摘要] 南陽機(jī)場航站樓鋼屋架工程采用高空散裝的方法,屋面采用復(fù)合波紋板式結(jié)構(gòu),鋼屋架設(shè)計(jì)最大跨度36m。屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程中,設(shè)置了四組格構(gòu)柱作為臨時(shí)支撐,支撐體系的設(shè)計(jì)、施工以及卸載方法是南陽機(jī)場航站樓鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的關(guān)鍵。介紹了鋼屋架支撐體系的選型設(shè)計(jì)、卸載施工過程,并針對施工卸載的三種工況的對比計(jì)算分析了結(jié)構(gòu)在卸載過程中的受力變化。卸載實(shí)施結(jié)果證明整套施工技術(shù)是成功的,可以為今后類似工程的施工參考借鑒。

The roof is composed with composite corrugated plate structure, while the largest span of the supporting frames of the roof is 36m. During the construction process of the steel roof, four groups oflattice columns acted as the temporary braces are set up. The design, construction of the brace system as wella8 the unloading construction are the key processes of the steel roof. Design of the brace system, unloading process and the analysis of the unloading case were introduced. The practice of the unloading tecluuque is reasonable and practical and this provides a reference for the analogous construction in the future.
