（北京市市政工程研究院，北京 100037）[摘要] 某五層居民樓建于上世紀60年代，上部結構形式為底框架磚砌體結構。該建筑已接近設計使用年限，為確保其抗震性能和安全使用要求，有必要對其進行抗震鑒定。首先對該建筑從宏觀控制和構造鑒定方面進行第一級鑒定，然后運用樓層綜合抗震能力指數(shù)法進行第二級鑒定，最后給出鑒定結論，并提出加固建議。

In order to ensure the seismic bearing capacity and safety requirements for using, it is necessary to carry on the seismic appraisal. The first level appraisal was carried from the macroscopic control and conformation identification, and then the second level appraisal by the floor comprehensive seismic capability index method, finally the seismic appraisal results and strengthening proposal were presented.
