（中電投工程研究檢測評定中心，北京 100840）[摘要] 以北京市懷柔區(qū)某實驗樓為例，介紹了裝配整體式混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震鑒定的詳細過程，對其抗震承載力做了驗算與分析，得出裝配式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點連接對結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能有很大的影響，并對結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的加固和節(jié)點的連接提出建議。

(C +E Center for Engineering Research Test and Appraisal, Beijing 100840, China)Abstract: On the basis of the laboratory building in Huairou of Beijing, the assembly and concrete frame structure of astigmatic appraisal process was introduced in detail. The seismic capacity was also analyzed. Then it is concluded that the nodes connections of the frame structure have big influence on the seisnuc property. Finally recommendations were provided to the strengthening of structure components and node connections.
