[摘要] 中國外匯交易中心大樓是上海外灘較有建筑特色的建筑之一，具有某些巴洛克風(fēng)格，采用磚（石）、木和鋼混合結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了中國外匯交易中心大樓建筑特色和結(jié)構(gòu)特性，以及建筑結(jié)構(gòu)布置、材料性能、完損狀況等檢測結(jié)果。評估了大樓的安全性和抗震性能，并結(jié)合存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的處理建議，為如何對保護(hù)性建筑進(jìn)行檢測和評估積累了經(jīng)驗。

Detection and safety appraisal of China Foreign Exchange Trade System Building at the Bund of Shanghai

Abstract: China Foreign Exchange Trade System Building is one of buildings with architectural feature and some of the Baroque style at the Bund of Shanghai, it is a brick stone timber and steel hybrid structure. The architectural and structural properties and layout, damages and the test results of material property were presented.  Appraise safety and seismic behavior of building, corresponding proposals to the problems of major structure have been given.  The experience how to detect and appraise protective building has been accumulated.
