（1 中國建筑設(shè)計研究院上海分院，上海 200120；2 上海市第一建筑有限公司，上海 200120）[摘要] 具有獨特建筑風(fēng)格的保留外墻改造往往是歷史保護(hù)建筑改造中的重點和難點。本文結(jié)合上海益豐洋行改擴(kuò)建工程實際情況，針對歷史保護(hù)建筑保留外墻基礎(chǔ)托換、墻體抗震加固及保留外墻與內(nèi)部框架、擴(kuò)建新樓的連接錨固等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，采用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬與現(xiàn)場實測等手段，取得一系列的實用技術(shù)成果。實踐證明，該項技術(shù)及工藝能適應(yīng)歷史保護(hù)建筑改造的特點，達(dá)到對老建筑進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)加固與保護(hù)原建筑外貌的雙重需求，具有較好的實用推廣價值。

The practice of Yifeng Trading Company project was combined, and carried out the research of foundation underpinning, structural seismic reinforcement, anchoring the outer wall with intemal frame and newly constructed building, etc. By the means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement,a series of practical technology have been gained and applied in actual engineering. The practice
proves that, this technology and the correlation craft could adapt the characteristic well which the historic protection building reformation, achieving to the expected demands, and has the good practical promoted value.
