(中電投工程研究檢測(cè)評(píng)定中心,北京 100840)[摘要] 地震災(zāi)害發(fā)生時(shí),房屋建筑抗震承載力不足是造成重大人員傷亡的主要原因。目前,我國(guó)范圍內(nèi)仍存在大量建于20世紀(jì)六七十年代的老舊住宅,其抗震能力無(wú)法滿足現(xiàn)行抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,造成很大的安全隱患。針對(duì)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)老舊住宅的特點(diǎn)提出了幾種抗震加固技術(shù)措施,供實(shí)際工程參考和應(yīng)用。

At present, within the scope of our country, there are still lots of old buildings built in the sixties and seventies of last century. The seisnuc capacity can not meet the current seisnuc standards, resulting in significant security risks. In this paper, several technologies of seismic reinforcement for old residential buildings will be analyzed and discussed. Perhaps these measures can be applied in practical engineering.
