(淄博華藝建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,淄博 255000)[摘要] 通過分析加層后建筑模型的動(dòng)力特性,確定需要加固的部位。經(jīng)分析,原結(jié)構(gòu)主要存在框架柱軸壓比超限、框架柱加密區(qū)體積配箍率不足、框架梁箍筋配筋不夠和構(gòu)造措施偏弱等問題;對(duì)相應(yīng)的部位進(jìn)行抗震加固設(shè)計(jì);最后驗(yàn)算加固后加層擴(kuò)建結(jié)構(gòu)模型的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。

The problems of the original structure are the ultralimit axial compression ratio of the frame column, lack of the volumetric reinforcement ratio of the frame column in secure area, lack of the stirrups reinforcement ratio of the frame beam and the weak structural measures. Seismic reinforcement design of the corresponding parts was camed out. At last, various performance indexes of the building model with added layer were checked.
