Abstract: Based on an example of an adding stories project, research and practice on system strengthened slab-column structure and the reinforcement of structural components( beams, columns and plates) were introduced.  Meanwhile, some other difficult issues in the engineering were presented, such as cutting column, foundation strengtherung, and the solutions of these issues were also provided.
