(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100045)[摘要] 北京世紀(jì)天橋商廈因建筑功能變化,需進(jìn)行抗震加固設(shè)計(jì)。在對鑒定報(bào)告及原結(jié)構(gòu)分析基礎(chǔ)上,對比研究了原框架結(jié)構(gòu)改為框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和框架+阻尼器結(jié)構(gòu)體系。闡述了帶阻尼器結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算方法,并分析比較兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后介紹了部分加固節(jié)點(diǎn)連接做法??蔀轭愃祈?xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考。

( Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Beijing Shijitianqiao building needs seismic reinforcement and reconstitution for the change of its building function. Based on the analysis and checking calculation of the original structure,frame+ damper structure and frame-shearwall structure were analyzed. The design and calculation method of damper was introduced. Through the results of analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the two types were compared. Finally the connection method of joints was introduced. This project can provid a reference for the retrofit design of sinular structures.
