(奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司,上海 200031)[摘要] 利用地鐵上部空間進(jìn)行商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā),在國(guó)外已有不少成功案例,國(guó)內(nèi)也已有相關(guān)的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是利用同時(shí)包含地鐵、鐵路在內(nèi)的大型交通樞紐工程的上部空間進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)尚屬首次。為滿足地鐵及鐵路的限界要求,并同時(shí)解決平臺(tái)上下剛度突變問(wèn)題,考慮在平臺(tái)上設(shè)置由水平滑移支座+普通橡膠支座+速度型粘滯阻尼器組成的組合隔震層,形成底部框架+隔震層+上部剪力墻的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,通過(guò)對(duì)比隔震前后結(jié)構(gòu)的地震反應(yīng),證明了這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震有效性,為類(lèi)似工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇提供參考方案。

In order to meet the requirement of subway and railway, and at the same time to solve the stiffness problem of mutation of the upper and lower platform, we consider setting combined isolation layer compose of sliding bearing+rubber bearings+viscous damper on the platform, forming the bottom frame+isolation layer+upper shear wall structural system. By comparing seismic response on before and after adopting isolation technology, the aseisnuc validity of tlus structural system is proved.
