(遼寧工程技術大學建筑工程學院,阜新 123000)[摘要] 綜合利用不同的耗能機理共同耗能和具有多道耗能減震防線的阻尼器是目前阻尼器設計的新思想。針對以往液體粘滯阻尼器的不足,為了獲得性能更優(yōu)異的阻尼器,在普通液體粘滯阻尼器研究的基礎上,利用形狀記憶合金( SMA)的超彈性性能,設計出一種新型SMA絞線一液體粘滯阻尼器。首先進行了SMA絞線的力學性能試驗,分析其超彈性性能,然后分析該阻尼器的工作原理及SMA絞線和液體粘滯阻尼器共同耗能的工作機理。最后數(shù)值分析計算了這種阻尼器在不同工況下的阻尼力.位移曲線,通過與普通液體粘滯阻尼器對比分析,驗證所研制的SMA絞線一液體粘滯阻尼器具有更優(yōu)異的性能。

( College of Architecture Engineering, Liaoning Technical University, Fuxin 123000, China)Abstract: It is the new idea of damper design to use dampers with different energy dissipation mechanism comprehensively to dissipate energy and the dampers with more damping line of defense. For the deficiencies of the fluid viscous damper, in order to obtain the damper with better performance, on the basis of normal fluid viscous damper research,a new type of SMA wires-Fluid Viscous Damper using the super-elasticity of SMA was designed. Firstly, mecharucal experiment of SMA wires was made, and its super-elasticity properties were analyzed. Then the working principle of the damper and the working mechanism of SMA wires and fluid viscous damper dissipate energy together were analyzed. Finally, through the numerical analysis and calculation of such a damper in different conditions of damping force-displacement curve, contrast with the fluid viscous damper, it was verified that the SMA wires-Fluid Viscous Damper has more excellent performance.
