(1 中電投工程研究檢測評定中心,北京 100840;2 東南大學(xué),南京 211102)[摘要] 高層建筑自振頻率低,受環(huán)境振動源影響,樓層高的位置會有較為明顯的低頻晃動問題,降低了居住質(zhì)量。針對這個問題作了探討,提出了調(diào)諧式阻尼器的解決方案,并驗證了其有效性。

The upper floors will suffer low-frequency vibration when the tall building was surrounded with strong local vibration source, and the people who lived on the upper floors will feel some trouble. A solution is proposed, which is mainly about tuned mass damper. The validity is proved by theoretical model in accordance witha real tall building.
